EtherCAT Switch

6-Port EtherCAT Junction Module enables communication between six devices in a network. The design integrates four LAN9254 EtherCAT device controller with dual integrated EthernetPHYs, each containing a full-duplex 100BASE-TX transceiver that supports 100 Mbps (100BASE-TX) operation.​ It can serve as a central point in a star topology or branch topology. Its compact form factor (80x65mm) ensures seamless integration into your robotic applications.
This project is entirely open source licensed under BSD 3-Clause License, source files and ESI configurations are available on H4 github.

High Performance 3-phase Motor Controller

High-power BLDC motor Drive with a COTS FOC controller, capable of delivering 48V-20A in a compact 50x50x30mm format. The board also offers high-speed EtherCAT and USB connectivity for servo monitoring, along with RS-485 and SPI interfaces for integrating position and force sensors. ​

IMU and 3-Axis Force Sensor

The VMU931 is a unique small, and low cost inertial measurement unit that records and communicates a body’s angular velocity, linear acceleration, and the magnetic field surrounding the sensor.  
The FSE103 is a multi-axis force sensor. Multi-axis force sensors are robust mechanical devices that exhibit a variation in signal when force is exerted on the surface of the sensor using capacitive sensing technology. This sensory information can then be used to improve the user’s control of electronic devices in robotics applications.
